Irish folk legend Christy Moore has announced the release of his new album, "Where I Come From," which is set to drop in 2013 on Columbia Records. The three-disc album marks a return to Moore's roots, as he explores the themes of home, exile, and social justice that have long characterized his music.
In a recent interview, Moore said, "After 'Tickling my Fancy,' I turned back towards my roots with this album. I was a folksinger in exile, and I was on the pig's back. From '67 onwards, I developed my repertoire and spread my wings."
